Backtagging: Yep
Threadhopping: Definitely
Fourthwalling: Who would even know them??
Offensive subjects (elaborate): If there is a topic you think is sensitive and may deserve warning, let me know first. I'm pretty hard to offend/trigger/etc though.

[IC]

Hugging this character: If she doesn't know you well she might punch you.
Kissing this character: See above but change it to definitely.
Flirting with this character: Go ahead. No idea how she'll react but it'll likely be hilarious.
Fighting with this character: She is tiny and fierce. It'll be fun to see where it goes.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Discuss with me any major injury. Minor injuries are usually okay.
Killing this character: Please don't. If it's plot relevant, we'll talk, but as a general rule, no.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it. She has no natural defenses. But she may punch you.

Warnings: She is stand offish and doesn't make friends easily.

[Additional Game Permissions]

Mask or Menace: Her powers are motivational speaking. It will usually be an accidental effect, kind of always running in the background? If there's ever a specific time she uses this on purpose or something, I'll be forthright with it.

Otherwise she can control electromagnets, which generally mean she can manipulate metal and screw with electricity. If this is something we need to talk about in terms of CR and your character, please leave a comment below so we can hash out an exception if we need to.

CHARACTER NAME: Gogo Tomago
CHARACTER AGE: Presumed 19
SERIES: Big Hero 6 (movie)
CHRONOLOGY: She'll be arriving right from the middle of the last battle, before they started turning the fight around to their side. She'll be hazy on anything that happens after getting trapped in the bot ball, thinking she got knocked out.
CLASS: Superhero!
HOUSING: With Honey Lemon in De Chima 004 if there's still space, but if it's full then nearby would work, too.

BACKGROUND:

Disney Wiki

Gogo lives in the city San Fransokyo. It's designed to be a blend between the cities of San Francisco and Tokyo, and marries the two cultures flawlessly. The technology is a little more advanced than either of it's RL counterparts, but it still looks like a classic city. Transportation is the same, and so are styles, though there is a heavy Japanese impact to the culture rather than something entirely American.

Nothing is actually known about Gogo's life beyond what is seen in the movie. Even her real name isn't actually confirmed, though it is commonly accepted as Ethel according to Gogo's VA. At some point in her life (presumed incredibly young) she got interested in biking. She's a triathlete, placed twice in the San Fransokyo Criterium, and after graduating from the City Honors Acadamy she joined the SF Institute of Technology as a Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design major. Her main project involves fitting a bike with electromagnetic suspended tires, "Zero resistance; faster bike", but seemed to be stuck unsatisfied with the speed she'd obtained.

She has an important role in the movie. She is one of Tadashi Hamada's best friends and fellow lab nerd, which means she is one of the people Baymax called when Tadashi's brother Hiro was grieving his death. Gogo, along with Honey, Wasabi, and Fred, tracked Hiro to the docks in the middle of the night, concerned for his well being, and got caught up in the moment when the villain Yokai, who Hiro himself was tracking, spotted them and began to try and kill them; forcing them to flee in Wasabi's van.

During the chase, and impatient with Wasabi's insistence on following traffics laws, Gogo deliberately pushed him back to take the wheel herself. What follows was several minutes of reckless driving that could put Nascar to shame; pushing a normal minivan beyond the laws of reality with trick jumps and tight turns. Yokai, controlling a swarm of mini robots, herded her back towards the docks, and using a tunnel of robots to blind Gogo's sight of the road, caused them to crash into the ocean and sink.

After recovering from that and making a game plan to apprehend Yokai, Hiro and Gogo worked together to turn her electromag tech into a set of maglev discs that function as transportation and armor, allowing her to race at high speeds without having to rely on a bike. The discs can also be thrown, capable of causing damage to her target, and magnetically return to her armor.

Gogo and the others track Yokai to an abandoned island, but their first fight with him is disastrous. Without a plan, and little practice, they get in each other's way more often than not. After their own self sabotage, shocking secrets being revealed, and several terrifying moments where they had to fight one of their own to stop him from making a terrible mistake, the others gathered to try again, fighting Yokai once more. This battle initially headed the same way as the first one, with Yokai neatly trapping Gogo inside a ball of microbots to keep her from moving.

While she does think of a way to escape, it's at this point she's being taken from her canon, somewhere between being trapped and rallying with the rest of Big Hero 6 to destroy the microbots.

PERSONALITY:

Gogo is a punk rock sort of girl with a dry sense of humor and little patience. She is the definition of awesome condensed into a compact frame, and she's not afraid to let everyone know it. She likes to live life to her terms, and she likes to live it fast. She can be difficult to approach, and it's hard for even her friends to get her to open up, and she is easily irritated by people who get in her way or waste her time. She tends to look bored, which isn't helped by a habit to constantly be chewing gum, but despite this she throws herself into her work with strong dedication, and a determination to just do it, no matter what it takes.

She's largely independent, adaptable, heavily sarcastic, and she takes to challenges like a fish to water. Gogo is quick to react when there's danger, accustomed to making decisions and fast reflexes, and will shamelessly take charge of a scene when something needs to get done. She doesn't frighten easily either, which makes her a pretty solid friend to have at your back.

She's also a lot softer inside than she lets on. While she isn't an affectionate person, she will not hesitate to hug her friends if they need it, and doesn't reject being close to them or being pulled along for pictures or moral support. She is not afraid to show her emotions when they truly count, whether she is angry, grieving, sympathetic, or just simply pleased to be where she is. She was the first one to stand up and agree to help Hiro go after Tadashi's killer, stating that Tadashi was their best friend, so of course they would go. But she will also be direct when she believes her friends are doing wrong, feeling that it is better to say it upfront rather than hold back out of fear of hurting feelings.

It's very difficult to win her over, but once you do you have her loyalty for life. She'll stick by you, and probably everyone and everything you care about just for good measure. If you make a mistake she'll be right there to pick you back up again.

POWER: She has no actual superpowers in canon, her maglev armor is pure technology. She is athletic, and an experienced racer, as well as incredibly intelligent, but these are all just natural hard work and experience.

In Game:
G-Force adaptation (Not superspeed, just the ability to handle the g-force that comes with going really fast), Motivational Speaking (Inspire through insults! Similar to heroism inducement, just more of an accidental thing. She can motivate people to cheer up and be better), electromagnekinesis (the one that'll involve an in game personal arc to properly learn how to use.)

〈 CHARACTER SAMPLES 〉
COMMUNITY POST (VOICE) SAMPLE:

Alright, this is how it's going to be. First thing: The portal? Not cool. I think I've had enough problems with portals to last me a lifetime already.

Second: Out of all the places I had to be sent, why Virginia? It's so...plain. What year did these cars drive out of-wait...

You're telling me that these old style junkers can actually hover? Alright, I'm convinced. I'll take a look, but then someone had better give me answers on what the hell is going on. I need to make sure my friends are okay.

LOGS POST (PROSE) SAMPLE: Test drive~

FINAL NOTES: From this point in canon, she'd be arriving wearing her maglev armor, with the four separate discs that make up her 'ability'. She wouldn't have anything else on her. She'd be happy with any job where she'd be able to tinker and build, whether it's within her fields or a simple mechanic.
